Afintrix is an advisory, analytics, and governance firm providing structured oversight, compliance, and financial analysis support. By accessing Afintrix digital properties or engaging Afintrix services, users and clients (“you”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of Afintrix content and services.
Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to:
- Use of the Afintrix website and digital content
- Submission of inquiries or information through online forms
- Engagement of Afintrix services
- Communications and materials provided by Afintrix
Where an engagement agreement exists, the engagement agreement governs the specific services provided. In the event of a conflict, the engagement agreement controls.
Description of Services
Afintrix provides services strictly within the twelve service areas described in the Description of Services Policy. Services are delivered through analytical review, compliance support, governance oversight, and structured evaluation activities.
Afintrix does not execute transactions, provide custody of assets, accept client funds, or assume management authority.
User and Client Responsibilities
Users and clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information
- Use Afintrix content only for lawful purposes
- Not misrepresent identity or authority
- Not interfere with website operation or security
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
Clients remain responsible for decisions, actions, implementation, and compliance outcomes.
Engagement Terms
All services are governed by written engagement documentation defining:

- Deliverables and timelines
- Fees and billing terms
- Confidentiality and data handling obligations
Services are performed only within the defined engagement scope.
Fees and Payment
Fees are established in writing and billed according to engagement terms. Invoices are due as specified.
Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of services. Clients remain responsible for fees incurred prior to suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property
All Afintrix content is protected by intellectual property laws and is governed by the Copyright and Intellectual Property Notice Policy.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Afintrix content is prohibited.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
Information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Data Use Disclaimer and the Data Protection and Security Policy.
Users and clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own credentials and communications.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Afintrix content and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” subject to engagement documentation. No warranties are made except as expressly stated in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Limitation of liability is governed by the Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability Policy and applicable engagement documentation.
Suspension and Termination
Afintrix may suspend or terminate access or services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, risk concerns, or legal or policy requirements.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction governing the engagement or, where no engagement exists, the laws applicable to Afintrix operations.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Afintrix content or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
