Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: January, 1, 2026
Purpose and Scope
This Refund and Cancellation Policy defines the conditions governing cancellation of services and expressly states the firm’s no-refund policy.
Afintrix Advisory Analytics LLC (“Afintrix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an advisory, analytics, and governance firm providing structured oversight, compliance, and financial analysis support. This policy applies to all engagements, invoices, fees, and payments unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Engagement-Based Services
All Afintrix services are provided on an engagement basis pursuant to written engagement documentation.
Engagements involve time-based analytical work, documentation review, oversight activities, and resource allocation that commence upon engagement acceptance or invoicing.
No Refund Policy
All fees charged by Afintrix are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Engagement cancellation by the client
- Partial or incomplete use of services
- Dissatisfaction with findings, analysis, or outcomes
- Delays caused by the client or third parties
- Changes in client circumstances or priorities
- Early termination of an engagement
Fees remain payable and retained once invoiced or paid.
Cancellation by Client
Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice.
Cancellation does not relieve the client of responsibility for
- Fees already invoiced or paid
- Fees incurred up to the effective cancellation date
- Contractual payment obligations
Cancellation affects only future work not yet performed.
Cancellation by Afintrix
Afintrix may suspend or terminate services where:
- Client information is incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading
- Required documentation is not provided
- Engagement risk becomes unacceptable
- Fees remain unpaid
- Continuing the engagement would violate law or policy
Termination by Afintrix does not create any refund obligation.
Billing Errors
In the event of a verified billing error (e.g., duplicate invoice), Afintrix may correct the error through invoice adjustment or credit.
Billing corrections are not refunds.
Disputes
Billing disputes must be submitted in writing within a reasonable period after invoice issuance.
Disputes do not suspend payment obligations unless expressly agreed in writing.
Legal Exceptions
This policy is subject only to mandatory, non-waivable legal requirements. Where refunds are required by applicable law, they will be handled strictly to the extent required.
Policy Review
This policy is reviewed periodically and updated as necessary to reflect changes in law or business practices.
